If you see “Cache not detected” it means there’s a second cache service active on your site. This could be another cache plugin or a cache service activated by your hosting provider. Please disable it, BerqWP should be the only page caching service.
Double check the wp-config.php file for any duplicate lines like define( 'WP_CACHE', true ); and remove any duplicates if found.
Tip: In some cases, you can resolve the error by simply deactivating the BerqWP plugin and then activating it again.
